Project Description
- Program dedicated to improving the well-being of “SENIORS” through Life Coaching and Storytelling
- Participants will engage in goal-setting and personal growth exercises with a certified Life Coach
- Participants will learn storytelling and have a story recorded to share wth the community

- Increase public speaking skills with Speaking Coach; Noel Bentley from Power of 3 Speaking
- Personal development work with certified Life Coach; Jessika Houston from Glitter N’ Grace Life Coaching

- Cohort 4 Starts Sept 27th 2021

I was so tired about hearing of COVID. I thought, you know, that would probably take my mind off this COVID thing. I kind of liked that idea. When you get to be my age, it’s difficult to find interesting, new things to do. This is something I can do on my own, at home and will bring me satisfaction.
