The Arts for Brain Fitness
New Studies show the importance of stimulating the brain with new learning through the arts. To keep the brain sharp and to improve thinking and memory, this class takes a “cross training” approach to exercising the brain. Students will be introduced to a new art format each week, including improv, music and singing, dance and movement, writing, and visual arts. Learn valuable techniques to help stimulate the brain and improve mental wellness and cognitive skills.
